Ruease Finance operates a loan advisory and comparison platform. We are not a lender. We connect prospective borrowers with third-party lending partners and do not guarantee approval, rates or terms of any loan.
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of India to use this Site or apply for a loan through our platform.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information in any application or inquiry. Providing false information may result in denial of your application and termination of your use of the Site.
All loan offers are made and funded by independent third-party lenders, not by Ruease Finance. Rates, terms and approval decisions are determined solely by the lending partner based on its own underwriting criteria. Ruease Finance is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any lender in our network.
Submitting an application or using our calculators does not guarantee that you will receive a loan offer, or that any displayed rate will be the rate you are offered.
Ruease Finance does not charge borrowers a fee to use our comparison platform. Individual lenders may charge origination or other fees, which will be disclosed in your loan agreement prior to signing.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics and logos, is the property of Ruease Finance or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ruease Finance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any loan obtained through our lending network.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
